A reunião é aberta a todos interessados. Caso haja algum assunto urgente ou fato que importe risco grave e iminente de acidente ou doença do trabalho, serão realizadas reuniões extraordinárias. Os membros estão à disposição dos trabalhadores através do e-mail: cipa@uergs.edu.br e aravés desse blog (comentários).
